Oxidation Stability Test Equipment (Simple and Rapid Measurement of Fat and Oil Degradation)

Rapid measurement of the oxidation stability and deterioration of fats and oils contained in food, confectionery, dairy products, cosmetics, and pharmaceuticals.

This is a device for testing the oxidative stability of fats and oils, compliant with the official method CDM for fat analysis. The AOM testing method requires significant manpower and costs, as well as long monitoring tasks. An alternative method is the CDM testing machine, Ransimat, developed by Metrohm. It does not require extraction using organic solvents, and you only need to set the sample directly in the device, so a draft chamber is not necessary.

We would like to introduce our lubricating oil test analysis "Rotating Pressure Vessel Oxidation Stability: RPVOT." This test evaluates the oxidation stability of the sample. A sample container with a metal catalyst is placed in a dedicated pressure vessel and continuously rotated in an oil bath at 150°C.
